PAYMENT
LAB3D ApS accepts online payments with; Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Apple Pay, Anyday and via PayPal.
Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped. We do not charge card fees.
With Anyday, you can split your payment into 4. You pay 25% when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the conditions on PayPal's website.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

DELIVERY
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 days.
Delivery area: We only deliver goods within Denmark..
LAB3D ApS ships goods with the following: GLS – Business, GLS – Private and GLS – Parcelshop,
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
We have free shipping on purchases over DKK 599 or the price is:
DKK 29 for private delivery to GLS package shop.
DKK 49 for private home delivery
DKK 59 for GLS Erhverv
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 101-day full right of withdrawal on goods purchased on the website.
The 101 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
Request to use the right of withdrawal please sent to email info@lab3d.dk, for which the standard cancellation form must be completed and sent with (cf. the form at the bottom of the trading conditions).
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Return.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN RETURNED
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
It is up to LAB3D ApS to assess the condition of the goods.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to LAB3D ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. Is the complaint justified. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

Complaints will not be accepted if these have been sent cash on delivery.
CUSTOMER & PRIVACY POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with LAB3D ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. COMPLAINT OPTIONS
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Andreas Soll, on telephone 21990308 or email Andreas@lab3d.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus (Link) . To be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission's online complaints platform.
